Salary $30 - $40 per hour A Bit About Us We have partnered with a boutique immigration law firm is seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to handle a diverse caseload, including NIWs, O-1s, E-2s, EB-1s, and PERM-based petitions (I-140s, I-485s). This is a remote position with opportunities to work on a variety of challenging and impactful cases. Why join us? Job Details Responsibilities • Prepare, review, and manage high volumes of NIV/IV filings, focusing on NIW, O-1, and EB-1A cases. • Independently oversee a large caseload, collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient, high-quality work. • Maintain clear and timely communication with clients throughout the visa process. • Coordinate with USCIS, CBP, the Department of State, and the Department of Labor as needed. • Support attorneys with evidence collection, document preparation, and adherence to deadlines. • Track case progress, manage records, and address potential delays proactively. • Draft and prepare responses to RFEs. Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years of experience handling O-1 and NIW petitions. • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex caseloads. • Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred, but not required.
