[Remote] Product Operations Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Eagleview, the leader in aerial imagery, is hiring a Product Operations Analyst for their Product Operations team. This role supports the development of product strategy by delivering actionable insights that inform growth, profitability, and operational effectiveness through analysis of product performance and customer behavior.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of long-term product goals and strategic objectives. Support quarterly and annual planning cycles by providing data-driven insights and performance analysis
- Write and execute queries to analyze product usage, feature adoption, customer behavior, and performance trends. Conduct cohort, funnel, and segmentation analyses to identify opportunities and risks
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure customer experience, product effectiveness, growth, and operational health. Develop and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into product performance
- Design, measure, and interpret A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate product changes and validate strategic hypotheses. Ensure analytical rigor and clear interpretation of results
- Identify, analyze, and monitor issues that affect adoption, retention, profitability, and productivity. Proactively surface insights and recommend corrective actions
- Partner with Product Management, User Experience, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment between product performance data and business objectives
- Translate complex datasets into clear reports and presentations for product leadership and executive stakeholders
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- 2-4+ years of experience in product analytics
- Experience supporting Product Management or Product Operations teams in a SaaS, technology, or platform-based organization
- Strong proficiency in querying large datasets
- Experience with BI and product analytics tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, Looker, Tableau, Gainsight PX or similar platforms
- Experience designing and interpreting A/B or multivariate experiments
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies
- Experience aligning analytics with OKRs, planning processes, and operational reporting frameworks
- Exposure to data modeling, Python, R, or advanced statistical techniques is a plus
- Experience working with distributed or global teams
