[Remote] Project Manager 1
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Metasys Technologies is a company seeking a Project Manager 1 to oversee and enhance financial systems. The role involves leading process improvement efforts, managing day-to-day project tasks, and ensuring accurate processing of customer payments while minimizing fraud risk.
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain financial systems
- Lead process improvement efforts to enhance accuracy and performance of financial systems
- Focus on inbound customer payments & payment fraud:
- Ensure accurate processing
- Minimize fraud risk
- Provide technical/functional expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing financial systems
- Act as liaison to IT for system programming and coding
- Develop solutions to financial systems issues and collaborate on new feature implementation
- Perform financial systems testing and ensure modules work effectively with proper security
- Work on all phases of financial systems development and maintenance:
- Design, development, implementation, testing, ongoing support
- Manage day-to-day work prioritization, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Ensure client needs are met and projects are completed on time
- Prepare, review, or provide input to project business cases
- Manage process improvement, productivity, methodology, and standards
- Provide training and assist in team member development (operations and technical expertise)
Skills
- 5+ years Project/Product Management experience with business and IT/Tech Dev stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with cross-functional teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for requirements elicitation and documentation
- Self-driven, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and lead teams from ideation to completion
