[Remote] Project Manager

Harnham is a large, established organization operating across digital and subscription-based services, and they are seeking a Project Manager to deliver impactful change across a complex payment ecosystem. The role involves leading multiple projects focused on improving financial systems and payment processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and fraud mitigation while working in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver multiple concurrent projects focused on inbound customer payments and financial systems improvements
• Drive enhancements across accounts receivable processes, reconciliation workflows, and cash control frameworks
• Act as the interface between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into clear deliverables
• Support initiatives to minimise payment fraud risk and improve the accuracy and efficiency of payment processing
• Oversee project delivery within an Agile framework, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and budget expectations are met
• Contribute to system testing, implementation, and ongoing optimisation of financial modules and payment systems

Skills

• Strong experience managing projects or programmes across both business and technology stakeholders
• Deep understanding of accounts receivable processes, payment lifecycles, reconciliation, and cash controls
• Proven ability to gather, document, and communicate business requirements with clarity
• Experience working in Agile environments and managing multiple priorities simultaneously without impacting delivery timelines
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira Align and experience collaborating with technical teams on system enhancements
• Knowledge of payment methods, payment ecosystems, and fraud risk mitigation practices
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot to support productivity and delivery
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders
