[Remote] Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 24 Seven Talent is seeking an experienced Recruiter for a temporary assignment supporting a fast-paced brand. The role involves managing full-cycle recruiting across a high volume of open roles while working independently and efficiently with hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across a high volume of open roles
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to move searches forward efficiently
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates in a timely manner
- Maintain strong organization and candidate flow across multiple requisitions
- Utilize Greenhouse and other recruiting tools to track pipeline activity and hiring progress
- Operate with minimal oversight and quickly integrate into the existing recruitment process
Skills
- Experienced Recruiter for a temporary assignment supporting a fast-paced brand
- Ability to step in immediately and work independently
- Manage a high volume of openings without requiring extensive direction or hand-holding
- Agency recruiting background
- Prior experience supporting beauty clients strongly preferred
- Broader agency experience handling multiple clients and a large volume of roles will also be considered
- Experience using Greenhouse is highly desirable
- Fully remote freelance opportunity
- Ability to work west coast business hours

- Experience with Greenhouse preferred
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a temporary assignment
- Availability to work west coast hours
