[Remote] Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Vaco by Highspring is a rapidly growing organization seeking a Recruiter for a fully remote position based in the Phoenix area. The role involves leading full-cycle recruiting efforts, proactively sourcing candidates, and managing the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of professional and operational positions
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand business needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Manage candidate experience throughout the interview and hiring process
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for fit, skills, and long-term potential
- Track recruiting activity and provide regular hiring updates to leadership
Skills
- 4+ years of recruiting experience
- Background supporting technology, manufacturing, e-commerce, or related industries
- Experience recruiting for a mix of professional, technical, operational, and/or manufacturing positions
- Strong sourcing and passive candidate recruitment experience
