Responsibilities

Answer Inbound Calls Talk to people who have already started their insurance search in our app Simplify the Process Help customers compare 55+ different insurance companies to find the one that fits their budget Solve Problems Listen to a customer’s concerns and find a solution that makes them feel confident in their choice Close the Deal Help customers finalize their new policy right then and there Skills Experience in a high-standard retail environment (Apple store, Microsoft store, Nordstrom, Lululemon, Disney, Costco, etc.) Genuine enjoyment in helping people and maintaining an upbeat demeanor throughout the day Comfortable using a computer and navigating different screens while talking to a customer Benefits Uncapped commission We Pay for Your License Don't have an insurance license?
