Role Overview As a Remote Sales Coordinator for Agri-Products, you will play a vital role in supporting Growmark’s agricultural sales operations. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and process orders for agri-products including fertilizers, seeds, and crop protection
- Communicate with clients and field reps to confirm product availability and delivery timelines
- Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions, order status, and follow-ups
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and promotional materials
- Support seasonal campaigns and product launches in collaboration with marketing teams
- Resolve customer inquiries and logistics issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with supply chain teams to ensure timely fulfillment
