[Remote] Senior Financial Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. DeWinter Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support revenue forecasting, commercial finance, and sales planning activities during a leave of absence coverage. The role involves driving revenue forecasting processes, analyzing financial data, and preparing revenue reports to support sales and commercial teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue forecasting and planning processes across retail, distribution, and direct-to-consumer channels
- Analyze margins, deductions, and promotional activity to identify trends and forecast risks/opportunities
- Develop and maintain financial models that support revenue projections, demand planning, promotional investments, and profitability analysis
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue reporting, including variance analysis against budget, forecast, and actual results
- Support sales and commercial teams with performance tracking, KPI reporting, and business insights
- Partner with Accounting to manage promotional accruals, deductions, and other revenue-related reserves
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Revenue Finance, Sales Finance, or related analytical roles
- Strong understanding of revenue forecasting, demand planning, channel performance analysis, and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build and maintain complex financial models
- Experience supporting consumer products, consumer electronics, retail, or distribution-based businesses
- Experience with Anaplan strongly preferred; SAP S/4HANA experience is a plus
