[Remote] Simmons Adaptive – Interim Structured Finance Lawyer (Remote)

They are seeking a Structured Finance Lawyer to provide part-time support for a global technology client, focusing on structured finance transactions and managing them from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Advising on structured finance transactions
- Managing transactions from inception to completion
- Reviewing and negotiating transaction documents
- Handling internal instructions and queries
- Setting up transaction structures
Skills
- Structured Finance Lawyer
- Experience in consumer lending
- Comfortable with ad hoc arrangements and flexible working hours
- Ideally with fintech experience
