Skills
- 3+ years of professional development experience, with a good mix of back-end and front-end skills
- You're genuinely excited about applying AI/ML techniques to analyze large qualitative data sets — not as a buzzword, but as a real tool for surfacing insight at scale
- You thrive when the problem isn't fully defined. You can navigate uncertainty, make reasonable bets, and iterate toward clarity rather than waiting for perfect requirements
- You're drawn to unexplored territory — whether that's a new technique, an unfamiliar codebase, or a question nobody's asked yet. You explore, form hypotheses, and share what you find
- Quick to learn new codebases with minimal guidance
- You voice your ideas on engineering, product development, and company operations
- Always searching for the best solutions while considering project goals
- Comfortable with broad requirements and able to work with evolving specifications
- Go, Ruby on Rails, React, Tailwind CSS, Angular
- Knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases
- Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes
- Experience with AI/LLM tooling, prompt engineering, or applying machine learning techniques to unstructured text — and the curiosity to go deeper
