Responsibilities

Provide best-in-class customer service by promptly greeting guests and assisting them with their video gaming needs. , Support the overall shopping environment, including visual and operational aspects, and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season. , Collaborate with the store team to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store. , Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise, ensuring products are well-presented and organized on the selling floor. , Help the store team meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals. , Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when necessary. , Support effective inventory control and loss prevention practices. , Adhere to GameStop policies and procedures, including attendance and ethical responsibilities.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age. , High school diploma or equivalent preferred. , Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred. Nice-to-haves Bilingual English/Spanish speaking and writing skills are preferred.
