Senior Specialist, IT Development

• Collaborates with IT Architecture, IT Functional & Process Designers and IT Business Partners to understand requirements and translates them into comprehensive design specifications, under supervision of more senior team members
• Actively contributes to the implementation of standards, methods, features and logic for software with small impact on business operations, ensuring alignment with business strategies and specifications
• Performs coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting throughout the development process in projects with moderate complexity under supervision
• Implements moderately complex code following best practices and coding guidelines, collaborating with team members to ensure consistency and quality
• Fulfills proper documentation of software design and work with IT Functional & Process Designers to design and implement solution to meet architecture standards
• Executes the defined development roadmap
• Contributes to a development culture that fosters innovation and creativity while delivering high quality products with predictability and reliability
