We are hiring for a Software Development Engineer in Test focused on cloud-based error reporting and analytics systems, where the selected candidate will contribute to test automation and application quality in a collaborative engineering environment.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a collaborative engineering team to deliver high-quality software
- Work on product testing, including requirement analysis, test design, execution, and defect tracking
- Build and maintain automated test frameworks and test cases
- Contribute to software quality analysis and risk assessment
- Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams across global locations
- Support continuous improvement by applying best practices in testing and cloud applications
- Suggest improvements to enhance system reliability, scalability, and performance
- Contribute actively to a team culture focused on collaboration and innovation
Skills
- Hands-on experience in application testing and quality assurance
- Strong experience in test automation development
- Experience with at least one programming language such as Python, Groovy, or Shell
- Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Understanding of test framework design and development
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Exposure to microservices and container-based architectures
- Familiarity with the Microsoft .NET platform
- Awareness of modern cloud application testing practices
