Required Experience Front to Back Office - Investment Management, Trading workflows, EMS, Risk, Compliance 10+ years enterprise SW engineering Deep Skills & Expertise with: Python, Lambda, S3, EKS, SQS Microservices architecture Data engineering at scale: Snowflake, SQL, ETL/orchestration (DBT, UAC) Containerization & orchestration: (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm) CI/CD pipeline development Hands-on experience with AI tools and models in software development workflows Core Competencies Thought leader: Design and implement large-scale distributed systems, microservices, web applications, and cloud infrastructure Architect solutions end-to-end; lead solution design workshops; define design principles and technology roadmaps Hands-on builder and executor: dive deep into code and infrastructure when needed to unblock teams and maintain delivery velocity Mentor and coach engineers at all levels; foster collaboration across architecture and business partner teams Champion engineering excellence: DevOps, Agile delivery, Test-Driven Development, continuous delivery, and technical debt reduction Own infrastructure decisions in a federated model; provision, configure, and deploy services on AWS independently Troubleshoot complex issues; identify operational inefficiencies, integration conflicts, and systemic problems across the platform Time Allocation 80%: Solution design, mentoring, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration 20%: Hands-on development and technical implementation Personal Profile Excellent communicator- verbal, written, and presentation skills Product-agnostic, willing to learn and maintain diverse financial applications High motivation, strong work ethic, self-starter with structured, detail-oriented approach Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proactive with ability to work independently Understanding of finance and accounting business processes to bridge requirements and technical solutions Thrive in global, multicultural environments; embrace dynamism and fast-evolving requirements
