Solar Power Company VA — Aurora Solar Designer + GHL CRM (Remote) - Contract to Hire
About the role: We’re a subscription solar company operating in Florida and Texas. We need a sharp remote assistant who can run Aurora Solar site designs and manage leads and workflows inside Go High Level. What you’ll do:
- Build Aurora Solar designs from site addresses (shading analysis, system sizing, proposal output)
- Manage and update leads through GHL pipelines and tags
- Support the sales team with CRM notes, follow-up sequences, and reporting
Must haves:
- Hands-on Aurora Solar experience — we will ask for a sample design
- Go High Level experience (pipelines, workflows, tags, SMS/email sequences)
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Reliable internet, Monday–Friday availability (Eastern or Central time overlap preferred)
Nice to have:
- Background at a solar installer or EPC
- Experience with Kixie or similar dialers
