Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to warm leads and schedule appointments with potential clients. Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish. Maintain accurate records of calls and scheduled appointments in the CRM. Provide a positive experience for prospects, ensuring professionalism and courtesy.
Qualifications
Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written). Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and engaging phone presence. Previous experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or in sales is preferred. Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly.
