Role Description This is a part-time or full-time remote role for a Team Manager at Supercharge Life. The Team Manager will be responsible for daily operations, managing marketing, ensuring 3 step system is implemented. Income directly related to performance on 1099.

- Experience in team management or leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in training and development of team members
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Previous experience in a service-oriented industry is a plus
