Inspection Time is one of the fastest-growing home inspection companies in Texas, and we are looking to replace our current salesperson with someone who knows how to sell, build value, and close deals. This is a 100% work-from-home, 1099 contractor position. There is NO cold calling. Every person you speak with has already contacted us looking for a home inspection. The phone rings, you answer it, explain our services, build value, and close the sale. We currently receive approximately 2,015 inbound calls every month and only book around 300 inspections. We know there is tremendous opportunity for improvement, and we're looking for someone who can capitalize on it. Pay is $15 per inspection booked. The more inspections you book, the more money you make. There is no cap on earnings. Many of our callers are simply shopping around for prices. In most cases, our competitors are only $50 or so less than we are. The difference is that we provide significantly more value, more services, and a much better inspection experience. The sale is actually very straightforward if you know how to communicate value and overcome objections. DO NOT APPLY if your sales strategy is simply giving a price and hoping the customer books. We're looking for someone who understands that customers buy value, trust, and confidence—not just the cheapest price. If you are a true closer, this position can be extremely rewarding. To put the opportunity into perspective, if every call booked at $15 per inspection, that would be over $30,000 per month in commissions. While nobody expects a 100% close rate, it demonstrates just how much opportunity is available for the right person. We are growing every month. The call volume continues to increase.
