Compensation
Competitive Compensation Structure Includes: $3k/month non-recoverable draw Commission structure depending on experience and production level, (100 bps per loan, but can choose a higher comp plan if preferred) Commission earning potential ranging from $100,000 to $250,000+ annually Uncapped earning potential Performance bonuses and incentive opportunities Residual and referral income opportunities available in certain markets Top producers have the ability to build a significant long-term income stream through relationship-driven business development and consistent pipeline management. Qualifications
